When the alloy is severely decarburized, there will be phase trapping, making the alloy brittle; The gas released by the reaction increases the porosity in the alloy and reduces its strength. According to different reduction processes and equipment, the oxygen content in tungsten powder is generally between 0.05% and 0.5% (mass fraction), and increases with the decrease of tungsten powder particle size.
2、Physical property
The physical properties of metal tungsten powder mainly include average particle size, particle size distribution, particle aggregation degree, particle morphology, specific surface area, bulk density, tap density, Hall flow rate, etc.
